Tuanku Mizan melihat kandungan buku yang dipersembahkan kepada baginda sambil disaksikan oleh Tan Sri Salleh dan Prof. Dr. Zainiy.

KUALA LUMPUR, 12 Disember -  Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) menyerah buku karya agung ulama besar alam Melayu mengenai negeri Terangganu kepada Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin di Istana Terengganu, Sabtu lalu.

Buku berjudul Lata ‘If al-Asrar Li-Ahl Allah al-Atyar karya Profesor Dr. Muhammad Zainiy Usman dan diterbitkan oleh Penerbit UTM Press dipersembahkan oleh Pro Canselor UTM Tan Sri Dr. Salleh Mohd Noor.

Profesor Zainiy yang berkhidmat sebagai Profesor di Pusat Kajian Tinggi Sains, Islam dan Peradaban (CASIS) UTM turut hadir di majlis mempersembahkan buku berkenaan.

Menurutnya, naskhah setebal 884 muka surat itu dipersembahkan kepada baginda sebagai cendera kenangan daripada warga UTM sempena penyempurnaan pemerintahan Tuanku Mizan selaku Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong Malaysia yang ke-13 pada 12 Disember ini.
